Indeed, plots run thicker then blood in the
steamy jungles of Mirg. With Tribes converging on Deeg since the discovery
of the Bunyab Tree Basket, who knows when that tinder box will blow. Not
to mention problems between Mirg and Lirynn, not that there have been any
official talks between their governments...only time will tell if that's
a benefit or a hindrance.
Krull -
With all this action in the north of Mirg,
it seems we've all forgotten about Krull. True, the capital city's been
quiet of late, but that doesn't mean adventure can't still be found! Just
ask the two humans currently prowling the streets. One has just gotten
into a little argument with a wealthy dosa (gob tribeswoman), and has discovered
gobs don't forgive very easily. The other human's been having weird twists
and turns all over the place (must be the shash), and has also met up with
a dosa, although she's giving him advice.
And let's not forget the gobs. Currently,
only one PC's roaming the city, but he's more than enough. He's touring
the music establishments of Krull with another dosa (what's with all these
dosas?), although I'm sure he's hoping to do more than just listen to music
all night.
Deeg -
For a town that's bracing for a inter-city
tribal war and an attack by those blasted elves, Deeg's been pretty quiet
since the last tribune. It seems that it'll take more than an army of elves
to disrupt the daily lives of these gobs! Only one shadowy figure seems
to be preparing for war, as he scouts out the town for a few quality weapons.
Oh yeah, another gob's also trying to find passage to Krull for himself
and his suspicious human employers. Meanwhile, the rest of Deeg flocks
to the bars- where one particular bard is trying to teach a dosa his newest
dance- and the markets. Even a dwarf has been spotted around town,
shopping for quality diamonds and other gems, currently mined by the Korakoloum
tribe (though it'll be the Greegore tribe soon, if I've got anything to
say about it!).
Wilderness -
Unlike Deeg, the Wilderness has been quite
busy as of late. Large armies seem prone to swarming over the Lirynn-Mirg
border, including the elven army and the banished Gabaanowaan tribe. But
a few brave gobs are ready to stand and fight (although they are currently
wandering through underground tunnels in search of food). Another gob has
just exited Deeg and seems to be playing a "follow-the-leader" type game
with a black bird, in search of a "mixer." As for myself? With my three
comrades, I'm currently beating a path to Deeg to warn of the elves, though
I've side-tracked by a line of giant ants.
-That's my report, and I'm sticking
to it. This is Kaarn, signing off.
