The Places of Tiangchou

Snake Camp 

Within a small copse the Snake tribe representatives live, there are 7 small mud huts with an eighth slightly larger hut to one side. The Shaman Nutakarhai occupies the larger hut 

Horse Camp 

There are always a few tents of the horse nomads scattered about the camp area, the tent of Khan Khal hiKerukte is ever present, though he himself can often be found drinking somewhere in Tiangchou, normally at the River Pit. 

Lizard Camp 

Most of the Lizard tribe tend to live in caves, however the building that serves them for Tiangchou is a large stone built barn. It is rarely occupied except by the tribe member who is responsible for Lizard tribe members whilst they are in Tiangchou, Ilnikiss.

Rooster Camp 

This is actually a small village, there are half a dozen small wooden houses, 4 barns for rice storage and a larger building that serves as the home for the Samurai Emasuke Naru 

The Animal Pens 

The animal pens are next to the market and are a wide expanse of wooden fenced off areas, designed to keep livestock of various sorts in. There are normally a few horses and sheep in them at least 

The Market 

The marketplace is an area outside of the city walls that is permanently occupied by a variety of vendors. Each stall is a simple construction and most merchants will completely stripped it before finishing for the night, so that only the wooden frame remains. 

Armor Shop 

This building is adjacent to the old mine head and is the only armory in the city that specializes in metal armor. The Master armoire is a dwarf named Moran BrightShield 

Weapon smith 

This building is adjacent to the old mine head and is the only smithy in the city that specializes in metal weapons. The armourer is a dwarf named Kor Runeaxe. It sis located in the Artisans ring. 

Masons 

The Masons guild is a large stone building in the laborers quarter, though there are several human members this is also where the dwarves tend to congregate as it was where the tunnels to the mines beneath the city were first opened up. It is located in the artisans ring. 

Tax shop 

Near the merchant gate, this small building has six rooms through which individuals must pass in order to enter or leave the city. Upon entering every non inhabitant of Tiangchou must purchase paper money on a 1 for 1 basis with whatever coinage they have. Upon leaving they may exchange their money on a one for one basis. Only gold needs to be exchange in this way and in order for this to be effective it is illegal to sel any item above a certain value within the inner city. 

Theater 

The Dream Theater is located in the Merchants ring. It is a small covered theater, that plays a variety of music, dance and plays. The building holds about 200 people in its auditorium and boasts a full time troupe 

The River Pit

A Pit tavern found by the riverside, it is considered a lucky tavern as it is often overrun by giant rats.

The Imperial Tavern

The Imperial Tavern is the Imperial legion's drinking establishment

The Wan She Tea House

This is the meeting place of the common laborer, there are a large number of positions available

Cathedral

The Church of telgard has a cathedral in the military ring. 

Bladesingers Hall

The Bladesingers hall is the only elite guild with an overt presence within Tiangchou, it too is located in the military ring.
