Fortress of Krull-
As of late, the Fortress of Krull seems exceptionally quiet. Adventurers
in the area have always been in short supply, but this goes beyond even the
usual. Many of the more experienced adventurers have faded into the
background. Apparently, they seem to want a simple few moments of peace.
A wagon recently came to Mirg's capital. It did not carry the usual
goods, but rather a band of "merry men." These men supposedly had arrived
to perform. However, they were accompanied by a young Human with an
eye patch. The young smith's son, a Dwarf named Todarr has decided to return
to his home kingdom of Garr. He feels the need to provide for himself,
and would be more at home in the more mountainous regions. Without a
guide, he should meet some interesting challenges in the Big Green.
In summary, Krull is in some small danger. Such inactivity in the
capital can be not be good for the Goblins. If Krull is any indicator
of the other major centers, the problem may even be larger than anyone had
previously though.

Village of Deeg-
Despite whatever certain Elves may say, Mirg as a whole is quite active.
The Goblins have lost very little power indeed. However, I make no claims
about Krull.
Lately, there seems to have been some clashing between rival Goblin merchants
in the Village of Deeg. However, this is nothing too surprising. Politics
are constantly affecting major centers of commerce. So far, this rivalry
has not progressed very much. Let us hope that it stays that way. It
would not do for tribes or even guilds to become involved.
A Goblin, Saksass, has recently gone missing. He was apparently sighted
in the village one day and gone the next. This was not noticed until
later, of course. There are, as of yet, no known clues to his whereabouts.
If he was involved in the politics, he may have been killed. Some would
find this shocking, but it is, after all, politics. It is possible that
Saksass may have become lost in the Big Green. Perhaps he even boarded
a ship headed down the river to the Telgard Sea.
On a brighter note, rapid changes have and will continue to take place in
Deeg (and all of Mirg). Many opportunities for adventure have presented
themselves, and the jungles are always present for individuals to brave.

Wilderness of Mirg-
The Mirg Wilderness seems rife with activity it seems, several adventurers
have tried their hand against the big green, attempting to traverse its great
expanses in search of glory and power. But the Green is a harsh taskmistress
and one must wonder how many will survive their perilous journeys.
Rumours report of an Elf running around the Jungle. Alive! She was last
seen ditched on the side of a road by a group of slavers not willing to soil
their hands and she was then picked up by a traveling merchant and
his guard who disappeared into the jungle, heading for Krull supposedly.
What fate awaits this lonely elf in Mirg is unknown, but I pity her
should any Goblin clap his eyes on her.
Cha, a Goblin trapper, recently embarked from the Village of Deeg with the
Dwarf Keegan. They were destined for a supposed hole containing buried treasure.
While journeying they encountered a gigantic serpent - It was slain, but at
some cost. Cha was bitten, and Keegan was stung by one of the serpent's seven
stingers, with venom seeping into their veins what fate awaits them is still
to be determined.
An old soldier by the name of Thrombus has disappeared into the Jungle mists.
With him went a traveling stranger who’s name has been given as Tinue, a name
known the Church of the Green Mother. Many strange sounds have been heard
since they left, screeching and howling echoed around the mighty trees of
the Big green. Reports have come in of Demons following him and other things
that are better left unsaid, one must pity this poor goblin as he heads for
the tiny village of Deeg.
Deep in the Green, a certain Misharr has uncovered the legend that goes
by the name of The Ancient One. This Rr'ipar was apparently led to the powerful
mage's lair by a series of gruesome clues Including a series of bodies suspended
from a cave ceiling, writing scrawled in blood before finally, the mage sent
a Minotaur zombie to deliver a message. Rr'ipar was seemingly unaffected by
these shows of horror, however. He found his was to The Ancient one's dwelling
and there the Trail is lost.
A Human orphan known only as Dahn was just stranded in the Wilderness of
Mirg by a group of "merry men." They were, however, kind enough to teach him
a bit of Goblin before doing so. At the moment, Dahn plans to journey to
Krull but as we are are all aware, journeys in Mirg are perilous and not always
certain.
Other Rumours Report of a Goblin merchant who has been robbed by a young
Misharr. The name of the Hijacker is Mirra and she is accompanied by a small
pixi-like creature that changes form. With the Recent influx of Misharr to
the region, it was only a matter of time before a few turned criminal.
Finally A goblin named Kaarn is headed for Deeg, atop of a Treeg. He and
his compatriots having just left Lirynn are now aiming for the small village,
but the fates are cruel and one can only hope he arrives with every limb more-or-less
intact.
One note in Passing is that many rumours are echoing through the halls of
Krull, a Forgotten tribe, an ancient ruin, even rumours of Minotaurs hiding
in the Great green’s expanses. A Warning to those wishing to traverse the
realm of the Mother, always take a guide.
